This page is meant to be a simple guide to setting up your core systems. All of the services here work. Stay focused, and keep things simple. We provide multiple options for each step, but we indicate which system we use by placing our logo next to it. Just because we use it doesn't mean it's the best, it's just what works well for us. You use what works best for you!

Step 1: Setup your CRM

The first step is setting up your CRM. This is the Mission Control of your entire business. It's where you will upload all of your contact lists, do all of your calling and texting, and track all of your follow up and deals under contract. After you signup for your CRM, move to Step 2.

CRM Option 1: REI Reply

The #1 Marketing CRM For Wholesalers & Real Estate Investors Ready To Automate Their Business & Close More Deals! REI Reply is a great option for new investors looking for an intuitive system built specifically for investors. This is a more user-friendly CRM than Close.io.

CRM Option 2: Close.io

What makes Close different? Power. Speed. Simplified.  Close is the best CRM for small business leaders who need to increase revenue. If you’re a tech-enabled team who needs to scale without overpaying for enterprise sales software, you’ve found the right sales tool. Close lets you email, call, and text your leads — all without add-ons. This is the CRM that KeyGlee North uses, but it is not quite as user-friendly as REIReply.

Step 2: Get your leads

Once you have your CRM setup, you need people to call/text! The easiest and most affordable way to do this is with Fiverr. 

Skiptracing & Lists Option: Fiverr

Once you have your CRM setup, you need lists of people to contact. We use Fivver for our lists. You can get lists of Realtors, lists of Motivated Sellers, and lists of Cash Buyers all through fiverr. Search for the kind of list you need, and then make sure to focus on Level 2 Sellers or Top Sellers with 4.5star or greater ratings. The "Gig" featured here is the vendor that we use.

Motivated Sellers: NTSMHF.com 

Going Direct to Seller (DTS) is the most common way that Realtors and Investors find motivated sellers that want to list their home or accept a quick cash offer.  You can go to www.GetSellerLeadsNow.com to purchase exclusive, motivated seller leads. It is a bidding system. Our strategy is typically to bid the lowest allowable amount ($75), and then towards the end of the month, we begin getting leads after everyone else's budget has run out.

Step 3: Comp your deals

You have a CRM full of potential people to talk to. What happens if someone actually has a property they want to sell you?!? You need to be able to comp it. 

Comping Option 1: Privy

Comping (and finding on-market deals) could not be easier than with Privy. Privy is THE tool for wholesalers to find potential on-market deals, as well as comp deals they are evaluating. A huge added benefit to Privy is that you can also source on-market deals on the platform, which is an easy way to get rolling in the business.

Step 4: Hit your KPI's

You've got the systems, it's time to do the work! Hit your numbers consistently and watch your pipeline fill up! The below KPI's are a good place to start!
